Do you rent out Jet Cars?

Yes, we currently offer rentals in Toronto. We will also be offering rentals in Grand Bend and Wasaga Beach starting July, 2024.

Where do you rent?

We are currently located in Toronto - Woodbine Beach (1675 Lake Shore Blvd E, Toronto, ON M4L 3W6)

What do I need to bring to my reservation?

Jet Car Reservations: A valid Government Issued photo identification that shows your age and a credit or debit card under the same name.

Do I need a Boating License? 

No, you do not need to have a boating license (PCOC) to rent a Jet Car (PWC) in Ontario. Transport Canada allows you to rent a jet ski in Ontario without a boating license if: You completed and co-sign a Rental Safety Checklist with the rental company. You understand the instructions provided by the rental company. 

Do I need a driver’s license to use any of the water sports equipment?

You must have a valid Government Issued Photo I.D. but it does not need to be a Driver’s License.

How old do I have to be to rent a Jet Car?

You must be 18 years or older to rent a operate a Jet Car.

Minimum age is 3+ for passengers and 18+ to operate the Jet Car.

How much is the security deposit?

A $2000 damage deposit will be charged and returned to you at the end of the booking as long as the Jet Car is brought in its original condition. 

What if we are late?

You must be present for pick up atleast 15 minutes before your reservation time. If you are late, you are reducing your ride time. If you are late, we cannot extend your ride time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to the dock, you lose your reservation and your reservation deposit. No shows forfeit the reservation deposit.

I've never ridden a Jet Car before, is it easy?

Yes. Our staff will provide complete and thorough instructions prior to your rental.

What if I have a problem or need help?

Our ride zone is always monitored by our staff on their own jet ski to help and assist with any issues or questions. Our tour guides all carry waterproof phones and a safety box on every tour, and are never more than a whistle away at all times.

Can we switch drivers?

People on the same Jet Car can switch from driver to passenger at any time throughout the rental as long as both their names are on the contract and both have signed the waiver and are 18+.

Do we have to wear life jackets?

Yes, life jackets are required by law and are provided with your rental at no extra charge. We have all sizes from infant to XXL and everywhere in between.

How do I know when my time is up?

Our staff constantly monitors our ride zone and will personally let you know when your time is up and assist in returning Jet Car to the dock.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes, the combined weight limit is 1000lbs per Jet Car.

Do you charge per person or per Jet Car?

We charge per Jet Car. Our Jet Cars can accommodate either two or four people depending on the model selected.

How could I lose my security deposit?

99% of our customers receive a full refund of their deposit. Deposit charges are usually the result of physical damages to the Jet Car(s) caused by operator negligence. Using common sense, listening to instructions, operating safely, and maintaining safe distances are smart ways to ensure a fun yet safe Jet Car rental with no unfortunate complications.

Does the guide drive slow?

Our tour guides try to cater the adventure to the skill levels of the guests on each particular trip. We are very good at keeping it fun for the speedsters while making sure the more timid in the group feel safe and not rushed.

Can i bring my pet?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
